The EIP international framework describes the performance requirements for EIP centers according to four key categories: park management performance, environmental performance, social performance, and economic performance. As a baseline, EIPs must comply with all applicable local and national regulations. They must also meet the broader performance requirements set out within this framework.
On August 11th and 16th, 2022, ICPC as the executor of the Global Eco-Industrial Park (GEIPP-Indonesia) program initiated by UNIDO, held a follow-up discussion from the Industrial Synergy Workshop (6/4) which explained the results of the feasibility assessment at MM2100 Industrial Town. This Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held at the MM2100 Industrial Town office, Cikarang, Bekasi. The purpose of this FGD is to consolidate existing data on Industrial Synergy options based on the EIP international framework. The FGD was conducted in 2 days according to the topic of discussion, namely Environment (11/8) and Social Economy (16/8). ICPC invited park management and tenants in MM2100 industrial town to participate in discussions on Industrial Synergy activities in environmental, social, and economic aspects.
It is hoped that after this FGD, ICPC could help MM2100 Industrial Town to provide the most feasible options to be implemented in MM2100 regarding Industrial Synergy.
